Description
Boneless beef from Argentine, Uruguayan and Brazilian plants approved for export. Uruguay and Argentina both maintain full traceability from farm to plant, which is what opens the European, Chinese and Israeli markets. We supply standard forequarter and hindquarter cuts, plus manufacturing beef by chemical lean specification.
