Description
Frozen chicken paws for the Chinese and Southeast Asian market, where they are a premium product rather than a by-product. Only plants registered with GACC can ship to China, and the registration number appears on every carton. Grade A means clean, unbroken, undamaged paws with no burns and full skin — the grading is visual and it is checked at packing.
