Description
Argentine and Uruguayan bread wheat for flour mills in Brazil, North Africa and Southeast Asia. Protein, falling number and gluten quality are the three parameters that decide a milling contract, and all three are certified at load port. Feed wheat is available separately when the crop year produces lower protein or weather-damaged lots.
