Soybean Meal

Solvent extracted soybean meal from Argentine crushing plants, the reference protein source for compound feed worldwide. Argentina exports more soybean meal than any other country, and the upriver plants on the Paraná load directly to vessel. Protein is quoted on an as-is basis with a fixed tolerance, and urease activity is the parameter that shows whether the meal was properly toasted.
