Refined winterised sunflower oil, food grade.
Description
Refined, bleached, deodorised and winterised sunflower oil from Argentine crushers. Winterisation matters for retail markets where the oil is stored cold: it removes the waxes that cloud the bottle. High oleic grades are available for food service and industrial frying where oxidative stability is the priority.
