Description
Kabuli chickpeas from Salta, Tucumán and Córdoba, harvested in the southern hemisphere window that fills the gap left by Mediterranean crops. Calibre drives price: 9 mm and above goes to premium retail and canning, smaller calibres to processing and hummus manufacture. Product is machine cleaned, colour sorted and fumigated before stuffing.
